The Gregg Englebreth Agency is hiring a sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist to aggressively drive new business across our two Philadelphia suburban locations. This is a production-first role built for someone who thrives on outbound activity, pipeline management, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
  •  Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  •  Conduct needs-based conversations and confidently present coverage solutions
  •  Quote and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  •  Follow up persistently to convert opportunities into bound policies
  •  Track daily activity and production to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  •  Collaborate with leadership to drive overall agency growth

Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting
  • If not currently licensed, PA P&C must be obtained before Day 1
  • Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire
  • Full licensing support and onboarding guidance provided

  • Sales-driven mindset with strong closing ability
  •  Comfortable handling outbound prospecting and objections
  •  Disciplined follow-up and pipeline management skills
  •  Strong communication and relationship-building ability
  •  Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
