What You’ll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with both prospective and existing clients to drive new business and support retention
- Conduct personalized consultations to identify coverage gaps and match clients with the right insurance solutions
- Manage policy changes, renewals, and service needs with a strong focus on cross-selling and upselling
- Follow up on inbound leads while proactively prospecting through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Support clients through claims processes while reinforcing the importance of ongoing coverage
What We’re Looking For
- A self-motivated, competitive individual with strong closing instincts and a hunter’s mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to connect, influence, and build trust
- Prior sales or insurance experience is preferred, but not required if you are coachable and driven
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when managing client accounts
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (full training and licensing support provided)
