Life Insurance Specialist – Client Consultation & Sales
Position Overview
As a Life Insurance Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor for clients—helping them understand their coverage options, navigate important financial decisions, and feel supported during life’s most critical moments. You will contribute directly to agency growth through relationship-centered sales, expert guidance, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with new and existing clients to determine their life insurance needs
- Recommend appropriate policies and coverage strategies based on each client’s goals and financial situation
- Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance
- Provide compassionate claims support and ensure clients feel protected and informed during difficult times
- Stay current on industry developments, regulatory updates, and product enhancements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with state regulations and carrier standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in life insurance sales or financial services strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of life insurance products (term, whole life, universal life, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first, empathetic approach
- Proven ability to close sales, build trust, and retain long-term relationships
- Active Life & Health license—or willingness to obtain one with agency support

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
