What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer accounts with a sales mindset, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Assist clients with policy changes, coverage questions, and product recommendations

  • Support claims follow-ups and ensure a smooth resolution process

  • Coordinate with underwriting and internal teams to expedite approvals and ensure accuracy

  • Maintain accurate records in the customer database and track client lifecycle opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Energetic, outgoing communicator who thrives on helping people

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities

  • Prior sales, insurance, or customer service experience a plus (training provided for the right candidate)

  • Proactive problem-solver comfortable with consultative sales conversations

  • Willingness to obtain or maintain state insurance licensing (full support provided)
